Effective for lights purchased AFTER April 24, 2019: As the original purchaser, your Weems & Plath OGM Series light is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for as long as you own the instrument. Be sure to retain your proof of purchase should you need to submit a warranty claim. Any defect caused by misuse, accident, tampering, improper installation, lightning, other natural disasters, or negligence by the user is not covered by this warranty. Warranty is void if the light is opened or otherwise tampered with.
This limited warranty does not cover damage to the product due to misuse, accident or improper installation, nor does it cover any incidental or consequential expenses to the user resulting from malfunction, non-function or misuse of this product. It does not cover damage from lightning or other natural disasters.
Buyer's exclusive remedy in the event of a defect or non-conformity in the product is limited, at the option of the seller, to return the product for repayment of the price or to repair the product and replacement of the non-conforming or defective goods or parts. If the warranted product and/or its replacement goods or parts are no longer available, Weems & Plath (at its discretion) reserves the right to offer the owner a comparable replacement when feasible.
Weems & Plath shall not be liable for any indirect, special, exemplary, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of a defect or non-conformity in the product. The implied warranty of the merchantability and the implied warranty of fitness are excluded.
There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face of this warranty.
