LED NAVIGATION LIGHT - LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY:

As the original purchaser, the OGM Navigation Light is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for as long as you own the instrument. Be sure to retain your proof of purchase should you need to submit a warranty claim. Any defect caused by misuse, accident, tampering, improper installation, lightning, other natural disasters, or negligence by the user is not covered by this warranty. Warranty is void if the light is opened or otherwise tampered with.

This limited warranty does not cover damage to the product due to misuse, accident or improper installation, nor does it cover any incidental or consequential expenses to the user resulting from malfunction, non-function or misuse of this product. It does not cover damage from lightning or other natural disasters.

Buyer's exclusive remedy in the event of a defect or non-conformity in the product is limited, at the option of the seller, to return the product for repayment of the price or to repair the product and replacement of the non-conforming or defective goods or parts.

Weems & Plath shall not be liable for any indirect, special, exemplary, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of a defect or non-conformity in the product. The implied warranty of the merchantability and the implied warranty of fitness are excluded.

There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face of this warranty.

ULTRA-LOW-POWER WIND SENSOR - 2 YEAR WARRANTY:

As the original purchaser, the Ultrasonic Wind Sensor is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for two (2) years after the purchase date. Be sure to retain your proof of purchase should you need to submit a warranty claim. Any defect caused by misuse, accident, tampering, improper installation, lightning, other natural disasters, or negligence by the user is not covered by this warranty. Warranty is void if the wind sensor is opened or otherwise tampered with.

Any wrongful use by the user will not incur any responsibility on the part of Weems & Plath; therefore, any harm caused to the ULP by a mistake will not be covered by the warranty. Using assembly elements that are different from those which had been delivered with the product, and/or changing the transducers' position/alignment will also void any warranty.
