2. Engraving orders may take up to 2 weeks to complete after we have received your proof approval. If you need your order is time-sensitive, please email sales@weems-plath.com. A rush fee may apply.
3. You will receive an electronic proof via email. Approval is required before engraving will start. One proof is included in the engraving charge; changes to your order may incur additional charges. Special requests: please email engraver@weems-plath.com. Additional fees may apply.

*Note: To ensure your in-stock customized item is shipped before Dec. 16, we must receive your PROOF APPROVAL no later than Dec. 2. Any PROOF APPROVALS received between Dec. 3 and Dec. 10 will ship on or before Dec. 20. Our Engraving Department will be closed from Dec. 24 – Jan. 1; we will resume normal operations beginning January 2.*
