I just received our Weems & Plath Model #721700 Weather Station back from your repair service. Upon opening the package, I found the unit again in perfect working order again, still looking great and returned in a timely manner. While attending a USPS chart plotting course, an instructor advised me that the TSD calculator I was going to use appeared to be potentially misleading, as the time window was not properly positioned. I went to your website, and checked my calculator against the one shown on the site and determined that I should have you look at it. Per instructions, I copied the return form, wrapped the unit and returned it to you. I provided my email address, and expected a response. Before the response came, FedEx was at my door with a new replacement. You folks are amazing. My only wish would be that others would use Weems & Plath as a model for their customer service policies. I received the replacement parts for our T-16 Thermometer last week and successfully repaired and replaced the unit over the weekend. It is terrific to find a company like Weems and Plath which stands by their products and honors their lifetime warrantee. We've always been delighted with the look of the T-16, and now we've got a great war story about your outstanding customer support.
