What are Weems and Plath's Privacy Policy and Practices?

Weems & Plath respects the privacy needs and concerns of our customers. Although this Privacy Policy may seem long, it explains the details of our data collection and use of your information because we believe you should know as much as possible about our practices to make informed decisions. Because our customers are of vital importance to us, we do not participate in bulk email solicitations which you have not consented to receiving (i.e., "spam").

Environmental Policy

Weems & Plath is committed to taking an active role in preserving our environment by employing methods to reduce waste and pollution in the day-to-day operation of our business. Our packing materials consist of biodegradable peanuts (made from cornstarch), shredded recycled office paper, newspaper, and reused packing materials. Most of our cartons are made of recycled material, and when possible, we recycle boxes. We strive to implement reduce/reuse/recycle in all aspects of our business.

Collection of Your Information

Instances where personal identifiable information may be gathered include registrations, (for example registration on our website) and purchases made on our website, at our store or by mail order.
