Duties of the position include:
Answer consumer's questions about products via phone or email; assist wholesale and retail customers with warranty questions; receive, quote and process products for repair by technician or replacement of products; process product returns and credits; support dealers with part orders; address customer concerns or inquiries with shipping, delivery or product issues; assist walk-in customers with repair or product inquiries; process invoices for shipments; notify wholesale customers of company distribution policies.
