Trip to the Bahamas 2006

The first spring, (April) after commissioning, the Bee Weems ventured down the Inter-Coastal Waterway and then on to the Bahamas on its first extended trip.  Peter and Cathie Trogdon spent two weeks negotiating the ICW stopping in Palm Beach, Florida before sticking her nose into the Atlantic to make the crossing to West End on Grand Bahama. Bee Weems cruised the Abacos and the Exumas for over a month before returning to the Chesapeake Bay in June of 2006.
